well, this years Slam City Jam was another great display of
skateoarding. below is some info and pics from the event.

This year the course was split up into the three main obstacles, the Shorty's rail, the ledge and the Nautral Concept booter. On the booter it was the Josh Evin show again dropping in from the banner and hitting 360 varials. Alex Chalmers was able to hit the backside 360 with the kickflip in the middle which hopefully was done before the clock had expired. Ryan Sheckler also kickflip indy'd the booter with less than 3 tries. On the rails Chad Bartie nollie lipslide the Martha Stewart rail and Gabrielle Fabrizio Santos nollie nose blunt slide the Shorty's rail!!!!! That's easily the hardest trick on the street course this year. In the almost category Steve Olson in his urban commando gear just couldn't pull off the kickflip to f/s railslide.
